Hi all you beautiful, beautiful people. I’m Rachel Westhoff, a junior at the University of Miami from Philadelphia with a passion for food, fitness and making health and wellness something to be excited about. Growing up, health was something that I have always cared about (and had no shame about it). As I got older I realized it was what I wanted to dedicate my life to. Unfortunately health and wellness often get a bad rep for being “lame", “basic”, “no fun”, or “restrictive” for no type of reason. I have found that I have been able to keep up my healthy routine in college, and although it isn’t always easy, it is absolutely possible. So many people have asked me for recipes, workouts, life hacks..etc. and due to pure laziness and a habit of forgetting to text people back, I’m going to put it all here. I decided to make this blog with the intention of showing you that you can be healthy and you can still live your best life. So go ahead, get wine drunk with your friends, eat your veggies, go out on a Tuesday night, meditate in the mornings- its all about balance baby.
